Individual Therapy (50 minute session) – $180 full rate (income-based sliding scale available, beginning at $100-$160 upon request)

EMDR Intensive (90 minute session available) – $250

I enjoy working with young adults 16+, individual adults, and couples. I believe that anyone is capable of change and are able to have emotional relief in the process. I believe true healing can only take place in a safe, nurturing space where we can embrace our true selves. As of January 1, 2022, state-licensed or certified health care providers must provide a Good Faith Estimate of healthcare charges to every new and continuing client who is either uninsured or is not planning to submit a claim to their insurance for the healthcare services they seek.

Under the law, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services if you are paying out of pocket. Upon request, I will provide a written estimate of anticipated fees before services are rendered. Pricing rates are per session, and listed on this website, and payment is typically made within 24 hours after session via autopay on simple practice unless otherwise agreed upon.
